Compact rail rollers are constructed by single or double row ball bearings.  The outer running surface can be profiled with prismatic, crown, gothic arch groove, V groove and flange shape. Integral studded rollers incorporate pivots or bolts and rollers, easy assembly can help users to save time and cost. 

Available with shields or seals. Permanent grease for long life. 

The fine ground and super finish profiled running surface can reduce friction and lower noise. The runout is below 0.02mm, extra small size is below 0.01mm.
