The chmotion LFR50/5-4-2RS is a high-performance double row track roller bearing specifically designed with a gothic arch groove profile.This precision-engineered component is ideal for linear motion systems requiring smooth and reliable operation. Featuring seals on both sides (2RS designation), it offers excellent protection against contaminants, extending its service life.
Manufactured from robust 52100 (100Cr6/GCr15) bearing steel for the rings and balls, and a durable Nylon 66 retainer, the LFR50/5-4-2RS ensures consistent performance across a wide temperature range (-30°C to +120°C). It comes pre-lubricated with Kyodo Yushi Multemp SRL grease, eliminating the need for re-lubrication.
With a 5 mm bore diameter and a 16 mm outside diameter, this track roller is designed for use with a 4 mm linear shaft. It boasts impressive load ratings, including an effective dynamic radial load rating of 1560 N and a static radial load rating of 850 N, making it suitable for demanding applications. The LFR50/5-4-2RS meets P6 dimension tolerance and P5 radial run-out standards, ensuring high precision. It is also RoHS and REACH compliant. Compatible mounting bolts include LFZ5 (concentric) and LFE5-0.5 (eccentric). This track roller is an excellent alternative to INA LFR50/5-4 NPP / LFR50/5-4-2RS, NIKO LFR 50/5 NPP-4 / LFR50/5-4 2RS, and JESA LRG 5-16-4 2RS.
