LFR Track roller

LFR profiled track rollers without filling slots are used to guide the carriages and support the forces. These double row angular contact ball bearings have an outer ring with a gothic arch profile raceway, are sealed on both sides and are greased for life. can support Axial loads from both sides and high radial forces due to the thick-walled outer ring. Two points contact between gothic arch groove profile and track. Accuracy class P6 ISO492/DIN620. Radial and axial runount is below 0.02mm. Radial bearing clearance approaching class CN.

Feature and advantage:

  • Inner and Outer rings: choose ultra-clean bearing steel (same supplier of SKF and FAG), Steel plant variety: Xingcheng Steel, Xinye Steel, Baosteel
  • Steel balls: high precision and low noise G10 or G5 class steel ball
  • Standard grease: Kyodo Yushi Multemp SRL or Kluberplex BEM 34-132 or SINOPEC 7014 Aviation Lubricating Grease
  • Sealing solutions: The high-quality shields and seals are made of Japan material.
  • Heat Treatment solutions: Austria Aichelin Bainite Quenching Furnace
  • Dimensional tolerance: P6 (ABEC-3) or P5 (ABEC-5) (standard product is with normal class 0)
  • Run-out: P6 or P5 (standard product is with normal class 0)

• Inner and Outer ring: choose ultra-clean bearing steel (same supplier off SKF and FAG), Steel plant variety: Xingcheng Steel, Hubei Xinye Steel, Baosteel
• Steel ball: high precision and low noise G10 or G5 class steel ball; Needle and Cylindrical rollers: Super finish high precision II or III class roller
• Standard grease: Kyodo Yushi Multemp SRL or Kluberplex BEM 34-132 or SINOPEC 7014 Aviation Lubricating Grease
• Sealing solution: The high-quality shields and seals are made of Japanese material.
• Heat Treatment solution: Austria Aichelin Bainite Quenching Furnace
• Dimensional tolerance: P6(ABEC-3) or P5(ABEC-5) (standard product is with normal class 0)
• Radial run out: P6 or P5 (standard product is with normal class 0)
• MOQ for special or custom items: We provide small MOQ requirements for custom-made rollers, that will help users to reduce trial costs.
• Fast lead time: For popular items, we keep stock for fast delivery. For special items, the standard lead time is 60 days.

Inspection Facility

C&H special manufacturing equipment of machine and inspection facilities make accuracy in the angle of bearings’ profile, so the bearing and track can be matched well. Mature manufacturing techniques and critical inspection procedures make all bearings in the Kea (radial runout) of the outer ring with in 0.01mm, so the guide system has the characteristics of long service life and smooth running.
